Compliance Verified — documentation based

Applicable lots may be supported by batch laboratory testing, COAs, source documentation and destination review. This THCA Hemp Farms badge is our own documentation indicator; it is not a USDA, state, county, FDA or other government seal, certification or endorsement.

Important: Agricultural hemp production compliance, finished-product legality, food rules and destination-specific sales requirements are not the same thing. Buyer eligibility and destination requirements are reviewed before fulfillment.

Batch documentation workflow

1. Identify the current lot/batch. 2. Review available COA and source documents. 3. Review destination requirements. 4. Confirm wholesale buyer eligibility and fulfillment.

For California production, CDFA describes county agricultural commissioner registration and pre-harvest sampling/testing requirements. USDA production-compliance guidance measures total THC and accounts for potential conversion of THCA to THC. Finished ingestible products can also implicate FDA and state food/product rules.
